Not following these rules may lead to legal action.

6. Buyer-Seller Communication

expected to treat each other respectfully. We do not monitor private chats but will investigate complaints when necessary.

7. Payments & Transactions

MMP- My Market Place is a listing platform only. We do not handle
payments or guarantee delivery of any item. All transactions are done directly between users. Please deal carefully and follow safe practices.

8. User Content License

By posting content on the platform, you give MMP- My Market Place a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote your listings for the purpose of helping you reach more buyers.

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our terms, engages in abuse, or is found engaging in fraudulent activity,
with or without notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, content, and branding are owned by MMP- My Market Place. Users may not reuse or redistribute our site content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

MMP- My Market Place is not responsible for any losses, disputes, or damage caused by user behavior, product quality, failed transactions, or
misuse of the platform.
